OUR STORY
Dog Moxie was inspired by the saying “necessity is the mother of invention ”. 💡
Necessity 1: Dog love is pure, but dogs are dirty.
Life is better with a dog, but have you seen what grows on their paws? We have. Our products address real needs and are developed with input from veterinarians, experts, scientific research, and dog parents. Our mission? We wanted to make dog care so good, humans would want to use it. (PS - you can).
Necessity 2: Every dog should know they matter.
Puppies are cute, but did you know fewer than 1 in 4 homeless senior dogs ever find a home? Special needs or hospice cases face even greater challenges and the sad truth is that they are often euthanized for space. We want to help small rescues and sanctuaries who tirelessly and humbly care for these dogs day in and day out. 100% of our net profits go directly to organizations dedicated to giving these dogs a second chance.

Quite simply - we want to give our dogs the same quality of care as we give ourselves (or actually, better).
Yet this mission grew out of a deeper conviction – the one that cares about the underdogs and overlooked, the basket cases, lost causes, and left behinds. The one that celebrates the miraculous people who quietly and humbly care for these dogs day in, day out. No matter what.
People may say we’re crazy to care about them.
